Inva Store (https://inva.store) aims to be easy to use for everyone, including customers who are blind, have low vision or use a keyboard instead of a mouse. Many of our customers are vision consultants and staff at municipalities, schools and institutions, so we take accessibility seriously.

Our goal

We work to the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines and the European standard EN 301 549. We are a small company and are not certain that the Danish accessibility act applies to this web shop, but we follow the requirements voluntarily.

Status

The web shop partly conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. On 16 October 2026 we ran an automatic test with the axe-core tool on 11 representative pages (home page, categories, products, search, cart, contact and information pages) on desktop and on mobile, in both light and dark display. The test found no errors. Automatic tools find only part of the problems, so we also test with the keyboard and a screen reader (NVDA). The latest changes from 16 October 2026 will be reviewed manually in the coming weeks.

What you can do on the site

  • Use the keyboard: Tab moves between elements, Enter opens, Esc closes the cart. A link at the top skips directly to the content.
  • Choose dark or light display with the button at the top of the page. Without a choice, the page follows your device setting.
  • Choose large text with the button at the top of the page. You can also zoom the page in your browser.
  • Screen readers receive messages when the cart changes or a form has errors.

Known limitations

  • Some PDF files from manufacturers (user manuals and data sheets) are not accessible to screen readers. Write to us and we will help with an accessible version or a description of the content.
  • Videos from manufacturers (YouTube) do not always have subtitles or audio description.
  • Alternative texts for product images are partly written automatically from the product name and can be less precise than a manual description. We improve them continuously.
  • The map of our address opens in Google Maps, which we do not control.

Contact us

We reply as quickly as we can, normally within 5 working days. We can also send product information by e-mail in plain text.

Supervision

The Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen) supervises the act on accessibility requirements for certain products and services. If you believe we do not meet the requirements and we have not been able to solve the problem, you can contact Sikkerhedsstyrelsen.

This statement was prepared on 16 October 2026 and is updated when we change something significant.
