1. Scope
These terms apply to all sales from inva.store to companies, public authorities, municipalities, regions and their institutions. inva.store only sells to business and public customers – not to private consumers. Any deviations must be agcane in writing.

3. Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT. VAT (25%) and any duties are added on the order confirmation and invoice. We reserve the right to correct typing errors, change prices and sell out.
4. Orders
The agreement is binding once we have sent an order confirmation. Public customers are asked to state their EAN number, any order or requisition number and a contact person when ordering.
5. Payment
Companies: payment in advance. Goods are shipped when payment has been received.
Public customers: invoices are sent electronically via EAN number (NemHandel, OIOUBL). The payment term is stated on the invoice.
Late payment may incur interest and fees in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free to addresses in Denmark. Items in stock are shipped as soon as possible. For items on order, the delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until paid in full, to the extent permitted under Danish law.
8. Inspection and complaints
The buyer must inspect the goods on receipt. Defects must be notified in writing within a reasonable time after they were or should have been discovered, and no later than 12 months from the invoice date. For a justified complaint, we choose between repair, replacement or a credit note. Faults caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear are not covered.
9. Returns
There is no right of withdrawal for business purchases. Goods without defects can only be returned by written agreement, unused and in their original packaging. Items ordered specially are not taken back.
10. Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty is passed on to the buyer where it goes beyond the right to complain.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for operating loss, loss of profit, loss of time or other indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the item concerned.
12. Product liability
We are liable for product damage to the extent required by the mandatory rules of the Danish Product Liability Act.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters or delays at suppliers and carriers.
14. Personal data
We process data about customers and contact persons in accordance with our privacy policy.
15. Governing law and venue
The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the court at the seller's place of business.
